　　公司成立于1992年，建筑面积30080m2，职工人数3856人，注册资金2500万元，公司下设灯管厂、灯具厂、节能灯厂、特种灯泡厂、工艺品厂等13个分厂，并在法国、巴拿马设有海外分公司。
　　随着企业的发展，生产规模不断扩大，产量逐年上升。2000年销售额为24505万元，2001年为21732万元，2002年为32080万元，预计2003年将突破4亿元。1996年由国家经贸委、国家对外贸易合作部批准赋予进出口经营权。产品远销欧美及世界各地。
　　2002年通过中国进出口商品认证中心ISO9001：2000国际质量认证。主要产品已获UL，CB，GS，NF等国际认证。
BRIEF INTRODUCTION
　　Founded in 1992,Shanghai Xiangshan Industries Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer specializing in all kinds of lighting appliances. The company covers an area of 30080m2 and has 3856 staff members. The total registered capital is 25,000,000 yuan. Under the headquarters we have 13 branch factories including halogen tube factory, floodlight factory, energy-saving lamp factory, special lamp factory and craftwork factory etc.. Besides these domestic branches, We also have offices overseas in France and Panama.
　　With the fast development, our production scope expands steadily and the output increases year by year: in 2000 our output value is about USD30 millions, and in 2001,USD27 millions; 2002,USD40 millions, and in 2003, it is expected to reach USD 50 millions.
　　In 1996, We got the approval from China Foreign Trade Cooperation Department to manage imports & exports by ourselves. Then our products were exported to Europe, America and other parts of the world all over.
